What type of delivery do you have and where?

We ship our orders in the most sustainable way possible, through KOIKI, which also works in coordination with SEUR.

We ship to all of Peninsular Spain and Islands (Balearic & Canary Islands). If you want it to reach the Canary Islands, you will have to send us your ID as well.

We also ship to Europe: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Luxembourg, Poland and the Czech Republic. If you do not find the shipping country you want, you can contact us to manage your order. Write to us at namaste@veganexpedition.com

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are prepared within 24-48 hours depending on the volume of work. As soon as it leaves the studio and you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS from the courier company in charge. You can manage and manage the delivery through its website. If you have any problem or incident with the package, please contact namaste@veganexpedition.com

Since it leaves the studio, it should reach you in a maximum of 24-48 hours (working days).

Shipments to Europe take between 4-5 days, depending on the destination.

What is the minimum purchase for my shipping to be free?

You have free shipping (Peninsular Spain) on orders over €70.

Can I personalize my order with a message?

Of course. If your order is a gift for someone, you can add a note in the payment process so that we can add it to their surprise gift.

How is your packaging?

Our packaging is 100% recycled and biodegradable and FSC certified. Your order will arrive in a cardboard box and many products in a natural cotton bag.

Can I choose my gem?

Yes, if you want to choose your piece, we will send you photos/video of several pieces so you can do it. If you want, you can indicate it in your order directly or write to us at namaste@veganexpedition.com to let us know.

Can I pick up my order for free?

Yes, you can come to the Vegan Expedition studio in La Floresta (Barcelona) to pick up your order for free. You just have to select the shipping method option and when your order is ready you will receive an email to agree on the day/time of collection.

Do you have a physical store?

No, currently we do not have a physical store but soon we will open the studio to do workshops, circles and where you will have access to all the items in the store.
