Purchase Conditions

The products offered on this page are intended for consumption, so the sales contract is made at the time the customer issues the express confirmation of their order. For this reason, Vegan Expedition recommends that you read the full legal notice and these general conditions before accepting the order.

The contracting conditions are the following:

Prices. The current prices that appear on the website at the time of order confirmation will be applied. The price of the products is detailed next to each of these. VAT is included, this is broken down later in the purchase process.

Confirmation of Order Receipt. 

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. As soon as the order leaves our studio to its destination, you will receive another email informing you. You will then receive a third email from the corresponding courier company so that you can track your order.

Payment Methods. V egan Expedition has a way to accept payments for orders, with very high security standards to ensure payment with confidence.

The payment of the price of the products will be made by:

  • Payment by credit or debit card . Visa, MasterCard or American Express. The customer can choose to pay by credit or debit card, so that the operation will be confirmed at the time the order is placed.
  • Payment with paypal
  • We guarantee that each of the transactions made at Vegan Expedition is 100% secure . All operations that involve the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the client will have the right to withdraw from the contract during a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the same and the cost of transportation for the return of the products will be in charge of the customer.

Vegan Expedition will allow the return or exchange of purchased products, whatever the reason, as long as the following requirements are met (if any of these points are not met, Vegan Expedition may refuse said return):

  1. The products have not been used or damaged in any way.
  2. That the return be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
  3. That the products be returned with their original label and packaging in good condition. Modifications or products with packaging with adhesive tapes, glues, etc. will not be accepted. Articles that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Request the return through the email namaste@veganexpedition.com and tell us the reason. Customers are responsible for ensuring that, in case of return, the product arrives properly at the following address. Remember that returns due postage due or the shipping amount will not be accepted.

Once it has been verified that the products are in perfect condition, Vegan Expedition will proceed to refund the price paid (discounting the shipping cost) within a period of 3-7 business days from receipt, with the same payment method in which the product was paid. order.

In case of rejecting the return Vegan Expedition will notify it and return the order to the original delivery address. The customer must pay for the entire transport of the order whose return has been rejected, having the obligation to pay this cost and receive the order back. Otherwise, it will be understood that the client does not wish to dispose of their products and that they assign their property to Vegan Expedition free of charge, so they can be transferred to third parties.


The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs . The product to be exchanged must first arrive at our studio in a certified package at the following address:

Once the product is received in perfect condition, we will proceed to send the new product as long as there is stock. If there is not, we will notify you in advance and proceed to refund the amount of the order. The customer can always restart a new order.

Shipping methods, delivery time and transport

Shipping costs:  The shipping costs will appear before finalizing the purchase process and once the order shipping address has been provided.
